By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully before ordering.

1. General Information

Cookiewise Limited (Chef Rulo’s Frozen Empanadas) provides home-cooked Argentinian empanadas prepared in a domestic kitchen and delivered directly to your door within our specified delivery areas.

We are not a restaurant or commercial kitchen; food is made fresh in small batches.

2. Ordering

Orders can be placed online through our website.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or message with the details.

Please check that all information (such as address, phone number, and order details) is accurate before submitting.

3. Payments

All prices are clearly listed on the website.

Payment must be completed at the time of ordering via our online ordering system.

4. Deliveries

Estimated delivery times will be provided, but please allow for flexibility based on traffic, availability, and preparation.

5. Food Safety & Allergens

Our empanadas may contain common allergens (such as gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and meat).

While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee food will be free from traces of allergens. Customers with allergies must make informed choices before ordering.

Once delivered, customers are responsible for handling, storing, and consuming the food safely. We recommend freezing them immediately until you are ready to eat them as they are best cooked from frozen.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may only be cancelled or amended within 2 hours of placing the order. If you wish to buy additional empanadas after the two hours of your first order, you will need to place a new order for the additional empanadas.

Refunds may be offered in the unlikely event of an error on our part (e.g. wrong items delivered, non-delivery).

7. Liability

Cookiewise Limited (Chef Rulo’s Frozen Empanadas) is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. wrong address, unavailable recipient).

We are not responsible for any adverse health reactions due to undisclosed allergies or improper handling of food after delivery.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our service will indicate acceptance of the new terms.
