Cooking Guidelines for Frozen Empanadas

🥟 Oven Baking

From Frozen

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (Fan 190°C).

  • Place the empanadas on a lined baking tray or grease it lightly with oil.

  • Bake for about 20 minutes, until the pastry is golden and crisp and the filling is piping hot.

🥟 Air Fry

From Frozen

  • Preheat your air fryer to 190°C for about 1 minute.

  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even crispness.

🥟 Deep Fry

  • Heat oil to 170.

  • Fry for 3–4 minutes, until golden.

  • Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
